Replacement Certificate

The Applicant must complete and sign the Replacement Certificate Form and includes a copy of his/her photo ID i.e. passport copy, driving licence or valid EU photo ID Card and any requisite document sends it to by post ‘EBMA, Sheraton House, Castle Park, Cambridge CB3 0AX UK’

RPL – Recognition of Prior Learning Claim Per Credit
