Certificates Re-issue Procedure

In some cases, we will re-issue certificates only if: -

  • Centre never receives certificates from us.

  • Cadndiates never receive certificates from the centre.

  • If it is found that there are damages to certificates while in transit or at the centre.

  • Incorrect information printed on certificates by us due to error.

Centre must write a request to the EBMA on the above within 45 working days from the certification claim.

If it is found that certificates are lost in the post, EBMA will conduct an investigation and re-issue certificates and there will not be any charge to the centre.

Re-issue Fees
If it is found that certificates are damaged within the centre, it will bear the cost of re-issuing certificates.

If certificate re-issue is due to incorrect information by us, there will not be any charges to centre. EBMA will bear all expenses of re-issuing certificates to centres.

Centres' Responsibility
Centre must submit a written request us for the Re-issue of certificates within 45 working days from the Certification Claim. We will not under any circumstance re-issue certificates without a written request.
