Our Strategic Objectives

Our Strategic objectives are :

Objective 1:
Design, develop, deliver, award and maintain qualifications to meet the needs of our stakeholders as a renowned organisation with customer service excellence, quality standards and innovation.

Objective 2:
Achieve the financial sustainability to meet the challenges of the sector and our stakeholders.

Objective 3:
Attract, recruit, train, motivate and retain high calibre workforce to perform their duties about all activities of business operations.   

Objective 4:
Promote diversity and the equality of opportunity in our curriculum, workforce, and learners.

Objective 5:
Develop and implement policies, processes, and framework to support all activities of business operations and achieve good governance.
